Privacy Policy

Corensia Dietetics is designed according to the "Local-First" data sovereignty principle. Client records, anamnesis forms, biochemical analyses, anthropometric measurements, and all your clinical data are stored exclusively on your local device. No client data is ever transferred to Corensia Dietetics servers or any third-party cloud service.

All clinical data is protected in the local database with advanced local data encryption under AES-256 bit standards.

In all queries sent to the integrated AI Assistant, the client's name, surname, ID number, contact information, and similar identifying data are automatically filtered and anonymized. The AI engine only processes clinical measurement values and anonymous biochemical data.

To use AI modules, users must define their own relevant API key in the system (BYOK). This key is stored only on the user's own device in encrypted form and is not shared with Corensia Dietetics servers.

Corensia Dietetics performs limited server communication solely for the purpose of license verification. During this process, only license code validation is performed; no personal data is transmitted.

• Technical Infrastructure Provider: Corensia Dietetics is a software and technical infrastructure provider. The status of "Data Controller" over the client data kept in the application belongs to the user (health professional). The Developer does not process, view, or interfere with the data entered by the user.
• Backup Responsibility: Since the data is stored on the local device, the responsibility for backing up data on an external medium against situations such as device failure, data corruption, or device loss belongs exclusively to the user.
• Under the principles of Privacy by Design, Data Minimization, Storage Limitation, and Integrity & Confidentiality, data is kept only on the local device under the user's control and is protected by AES-256 standards.

All personal data of your clients is stored exclusively on your local device. The rights of deletion, editing, and access over this data are managed entirely by the user through in-app controls. The Developer cannot access your data remotely or delete it.

• Desktop Application: The Corensia Dietetics clinical software does not use any cookies, web tracking codes, or analytics tools.
• Website (corensia.com): The official Corensia Dietetics website uses third-party analytics and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Convertful) to analyze site traffic and improve user experience. Data collected is anonymous browser and session data. Zisitors can manage preferences via browser settings or cookie banners.
